Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Holistiq Apps website and the apps we publish (Metrify, Unfocus, Appleash, and any that follow). By using the site or our apps, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them. You should be old enough to form a binding contract where you live (or have a parent or guardian's consent); our services aren't directed at children under 13.

2. Who we are

Holistiq Apps is an independent studio operated by Yashas Reddy as an individual, based in India. You can reach us at hello@holistiqapps.com.

3. The website

This site is provided for information about the studio and its apps. We may update, change, or remove content at any time. We try to keep everything accurate, but we don't guarantee it's complete or error-free.

4. Your licence to use our apps

When you obtain one of our apps, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms and any plan you've purchased. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute our apps except where the law expressly allows it.

Plans

• Pay-once purchases grant a licence to the version and major-version range described at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions (Pro) grant access to the relevant features for as long as the subscription is active.
• Lifetime tiers are honoured across major versions, as described on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.

5. Beta software

Some apps are offered in alpha or beta. Pre-release software is provided "as is", may be incomplete or unstable, and may change or stop working. Don't rely on beta builds for anything critical, and keep your own backups of important data.

6. Payments and refunds

Prices are shown on each product page. Purchases made through a third-party store (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play) are also subject to that store's terms, and refunds for those purchases are handled by the store.

We don't currently sell anything directly — our apps are in alpha or beta. If we offer paid plans directly in the future, purchases made directly from us are non-refundable except where consumer law requires otherwise, and we'll set out the details on the relevant product page at the time. 7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our site or apps to break the law, infringe others' rights, or interfere with the security or operation of the services.

8. Intellectual property

The studio name, logo, app names, designs, and content are owned by us or our licensors. Your own data — what you track, block, or create in our apps — remains yours. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your data to us.

9. Disclaimers

Our site and apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holistiq Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or apps. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, call them out clearly.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of India, except where mandatory local consumer law gives you additional rights.
